Stayed at a historic 18th-century building, feeling like a time traveler. The property had a washing machine, making me feel oh-so-domestic. And they even provided towels, so I didn't have to bring my own "fancy" ones.
Couldn't hear myself think over the delightful sounds of Alton Towers nearby, but who needs peace and quiet when you can have constant amusement park noise, right? So rejuvenating!

We had a fantastic stay at the cozy Little Cottage. It was absolutely charming and full of character, making us feel right at home. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the convenient location, with pubs, shops, and beautiful walks just a stone's throw away. Valentine's Day was truly special here. Thank you!
The only minor downside was some traffic noise in the morning, but considering the overall great location, we can't complain. Additionally, the road can get quite busy, and on one night, we did experience some noise from the pub next door.

My recent stay at the cozy and character-filled Little Cottage was absolutely delightful. The cottage itself was beautifully finished with quality fittings, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy for me to cook my own meals. The log fire in the cottage added a warm and inviting touch, perfect for cozy nights in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby during my stay. Additionally, the location of the cottage was fantastic, with great walking routes right on the doorstep. I also appreciated the clear arrival instructions provided.
While my stay at Little Cottage was wonderful overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I found the stone floor to be quite chilly, so I would recommend bringing a good jumper and slippers for added warmth.
